Our Jardin-forêt Asie in France
It's a social economy project for the general public and between generations, designed to raise awareness and encourage all those involved (organizations, businesses, schools, individuals...) to grow and enjoy Asian plants (Chinese medicinal plants, Asian flowers, Asian vegetables...) organically, in order to avoid the pollution caused by international transport and import packaging.
It's a real educational tool, enabling the transmission of know-how, recipes and cultures. It illustrates a more sustainable way of eating, from the farm to the plate.
The project was launched in 2021 at the Château Nanterre (3 minutes from the Nanterre Ville train station), where our garden plot and related activities are located.
In 2023, we transformed an urban area in Nanterre into an educational Asian Forest Garden!

In 2025, as a recipient of the Nanterre Ecological Transition Grant, TESFEC continues to transform urban wastelands into thriving urban oases through active citizen participation. A 1,053 m² site is currently being developed thanks to the support of the City of Nanterre and our corporate sponsor, Atlantique Packaging.

Atelier Reconnaissance de plantes asiatique et méditerranéen
Une belle coopération avec l'entreprise TerreHappy pour aider les séniors et créer un échange entre différents cultures.
Atelier Jardin-forêt Asie
Coopération avec l'association Forêt gourmand et l'entreprise Carbon4. Une formation à Nanterre pour compréhendre la théorie du Jardinf-forêt, la diversité de plantes. Puis on réalise des conceptions par groupes , on finit par une dégustation et une plantation ensemble!
Atelier fresque du climat+Plantation
On anime les fresques en français, en mandarin, et en anglais pour renforcer les dialogues entre différents cultures. Après la théorie, on passe en action donc une plantation ou un atelier particpative dans le jardin selon climat! Voir ler vidéo de notre coopération avec ESSEC Alumni！
